or USB-C port. Some Odin 2 Pro and Max failures require

damaged component replacement and IC-level microsoldering.

POWER & CHARGING
Odin 2 Pro / Max USB-C Charging Repair
A damaged charging port can cause intermittent charging,
complete charging failure or poor USB connectivity.
However, a system that does not charge may also have a fault
elsewhere in the charging or power-management circuitry.
We inspect the port, board connections, battery connection
and related motherboard components before determining the repair.
Battery Problems
If your Odin 2 Pro or Max shuts down unexpectedly, loses battery
life rapidly, refuses to charge or begins separating at the housing,
the battery should be inspected.
If you suspect a swollen battery, stop using and charging
the device. Contact us before shipping so we can provide
appropriate instructions.

Already purchased an Odin 2 Pro or Max screen, battery,
joystick or another replacement component? We may be able
to install it for you.
Customer-supplied parts are inspected before installation.
Our workmanship may be covered, but defects, compatibility issues
or failures involving a customer-supplied component are not covered
as a replacement-part warranty.

Do you repair the AYN Odin 2 Pro and Odin 2 Max?
Yes. We repair both models, including screen, battery,
USB-C, control and motherboard-related failures.
Can you replace an Odin 2 Pro or Max screen?
Yes. Screen replacement is available when a compatible
replacement display is available.
Can you repair the USB-C port?
Yes. Trilex Fix performs USB-C connector replacement and
microsoldering. We can also diagnose charging failures caused
by components elsewhere on the motherboard.
My Odin 2 Pro or Max will not turn on. Can you repair it?
A no-power condition may be caused by the battery, charging system,
damaged connectors, power-management components or another
motherboard fault. Diagnostics are required to determine the cause.
Can I provide my own replacement parts?
In many cases, yes. Customer-supplied parts must be inspected
for compatibility and condition before installation.
