actual hardware failure.
Our repair process may include power-rail testing, short detection,
damaged component identification, connector repair, IC replacement,
trace repair and microsoldering.
Advanced microsoldering repairs generally fall within our $199–$399+ service category,
depending on the failure and parts required.
Already Have the Replacement Part?
In many cases, yes — we can install customer-supplied AYN replacement
screens, batteries, joysticks and other components.
Customer-supplied parts must be inspected before installation.
Because we did not source the component, warranty coverage may apply
to our workmanship but not to the supplied replacement part itself.

Do you repair AYN Odin handhelds?
Yes. We service multiple AYN Odin generations including Odin 2,
Odin 2 Portal, Odin 2 Mini, Odin 3 and earlier Odin models.
Can you replace an AYN Odin screen?
Yes. We can perform screen and display assembly replacement when a
compatible replacement part is available.
Can I send my own replacement screen?
Yes. Customer-supplied components can often be installed after inspection.
Warranty coverage does not extend to defects in parts supplied by the customer.
Do you repair AYN USB-C charging ports?
Yes. USB-C connector repair and replacement is one of our microsoldering services.
We can also diagnose motherboard faults when replacing the port alone will not
correct the charging problem.
Can you repair an AYN handheld that will not turn on?
Yes. No-power repairs may involve the battery, charging circuit,
USB-C system, power-management circuitry or other motherboard components.
The device must be diagnosed to determine the actual failure.
