At Trílex Fix, our repair process is designed to be clear and straightforward, whether you’re using our mail-in repair service or visiting us locally. We want to ensure that you understand every step, from shipping your device to payment. This guide provides essential information to help you navigate the process smoothly and confidently.
1. Sending Your Device for Repair
Mail-In Repairs:
To begin your repair process, please ship your device to the following address (do not send it to our store location):

- Include Your Order Number: Write your order number on a note inside the package and on the outside of the box to ensure smooth tracking.

2. Diagnostic and Repair Options
Mail-In Diagnostics:
We offer a free diagnostic service for mail-in orders. Once we check in your device, you’ll receive a notification with further instructions.
Local Diagnostics:
For in-person drop-offs, a diagnostic fee may apply. This fee covers a detailed assessment, after which we provide a repair estimate.
3. Payment Process
Payment After Repair Completion:
You only need to pay after the repair is complete and you’ve approved the service. Here’s how it works:
- Receive Your Estimate: After the diagnostic, you’ll receive a repair estimate.
- Confirm and Pay: Once you approve, we’ll complete the repair. An invoice will be sent to your email, and payment can be made directly on our website using a credit card.
Note: We do not accept PayPal at this time.
4. Shipping Costs for Device Returns
Return Shipping Fees:
- Free Return Shipping if you choose to proceed with the repair.
- $20 Shipping Fee if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
For large items or insured shipments, additional charges may apply. Be sure to confirm your return address during payment, as changes cannot be made afterward.
5. Sending Accessories
What to Include:
- Chargers for Specific Devices: If your device requires a unique charger (such as gaming consoles or PC laptops), please include it in the shipment.
- MacBook Chargers Available: We supply MacBook chargers in-house, so no need to send yours if you’re shipping a MacBook.
6. Estimated Repair Times
Repair times can vary by service. Here’s an overview of estimated timelines:
- Screen, Keyboard, and Touchpad Repairs: Usually completed the same day.
- Data Recovery Services: Timeframes range from one day to a month, depending on complexity.
- Motherboard Repairs: Can take from an hour to up to six weeks.
