FedEx QR Code: How to Ship Without a Printer
FedEx QR Code: How to Ship Without a Printer
Need to ship your device to Trílex Fix with FedEx but don’t have a printer?
You can create your shipment using the FedEx Mobile app, receive a
FedEx QR code, and take it to a participating FedEx location where your shipping label can be printed for you.
This makes it easy to create a tracked FedEx shipment and send your repair without needing a printer at home.
Step 1 — Download the FedEx Mobile App
First, download the official FedEx Mobile app on your smartphone.
You can also visit
FedEx.com
to review shipping options and track your package.
The FedEx Mobile app allows you to create shipments, compare shipping rates, enter addresses,
track packages, and generate a QR code for label printing.
Step 2 — Enter the Trílex Fix FedEx Shipping Address
When creating your shipment, enter the following destination:
Trílex Fix
350 S A St, Unit 22
Oxnard, CA 93032-7003
IMPORTANT: Do NOT send FedEx packages to our P.O. Box. The P.O. Box is for USPS shipments only.
Do NOT ship your device to our shop at 300 Montgomery Ave. That location is for in-person repair appointments and is not our FedEx shipping address.
Step 3 — Enter Your Package Information
Enter the weight and dimensions of your package as accurately as possible.
FedEx uses the package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping service to calculate the shipping cost.
For most electronics and repair mail-ins, a standard FedEx ground service is usually a practical choice.
Faster shipping options may also be selected if you want your device delivered sooner.
Before shipping, you can also review our

Step 4 — Create Your Shipment & Get the FedEx QR Code
Complete the shipment information in the FedEx Mobile app and select your shipping service.
After creating the shipment, the app can provide a FedEx QR code that can be saved directly to your phone.
This QR code allows a participating FedEx location to retrieve and print your shipping label —
no home printer required.
Step 5 — Take the QR Code to a FedEx Location
Bring your securely packed device and your phone to a
FedEx Office or a participating FedEx Ship Center.
Show the FedEx QR code on your phone to a team member.
They can scan the code and print the shipping label for you.
Some FedEx Office locations also have Ship & Go self-service kiosks.
At participating locations, you can scan your FedEx-issued QR code at the kiosk,
print your shipping label, and complete your package drop-off without waiting at the counter.
Because available services can vary by location, check your local FedEx location before visiting if you specifically want to use a self-service kiosk.
Step 6 — Drop Off Your Package & Keep Your Tracking Number
After your label is printed and attached securely to the package, give your shipment to the FedEx employee
or complete the drop-off using the available FedEx shipping area.
Keep your FedEx receipt and tracking number.
The tracking number allows you to follow the shipment until it reaches Trílex Fix.
Packing Tips & Notes
- Use a sturdy shipping box.
Your device should have enough padding around it so it cannot move freely inside the box. - Do not send expensive electronics in a thin envelope or lightly padded mailer.
- Include your name, phone number, and a description of the problem inside the package.
- If your device is modified, soft-modded, or has a custom configuration,
include a note explaining anything we should know before testing it. - Do not include unnecessary chargers, cables, cases, controllers, memory cards,
headstraps, or other accessories unless they are directly related to the problem
or Trílex Fix specifically requested them. - For expensive electronics, consider purchasing appropriate
shipping insurance and signature confirmation. - Before shipping, review our
