LIMITED REPAIR AGREEMENT – NO WARRANTY / UNTESTABLE DEVICE

By leaving your device, part of a device, or any related components with Trílex Fix Repair Group LLC for attempted repair, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Repair Attempt Without Guarantee of Functionality
    You understand and agree that the repair is being performed with or without a complete diagnosis, and that Trílex Fix will use its best knowledge, skills, and effort to return the item to working condition. However, no guarantee or warranty is offered regarding the success or outcome of the repair due to the condition of the item(s).

  2. Untestable or Incomplete Item(s)
    You acknowledge that the device or components may be untestable, incomplete, previously tampered with, or missing critical parts. Because of this, Trílex Fix may not be able to fully verify whether the repair is successful after reassembly.

  3. Repair at Customer’s Risk
    All repairs are performed at your own risk. Trílex Fix is not responsible for additional damage, failure to restore functionality, or any complications resulting from the current state of the item(s).

  4. Non-Refundable Service Charges
    Diagnostic, labor, and attempt-based charges are non-refundable, no matter the outcome. If parts are used or ordered for the repair attempt, you are still responsible for the cost, even if the item cannot be successfully repaired.

  5. Limitation of Liability
    Trílex Fix is not liable for loss of data, cosmetic changes, damage to components, or any issues arising during the repair attempt. By signing this agreement, you agree to hold Trílex Fix Repair Group LLC harmless for any direct or indirect consequences.

  6. Abandonment Policy
    Any item(s) left unclaimed for more than 30 days after notification will be considered abandoned and may be recycled, used for parts, or disposed of at Trílex Fix’s discretion.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above, as well as to our Terms and Conditions. You authorize Trílex Fix Repair Group LLC to have proceeded with the repair attempt using its best effort and professional judgment.
