Mattel Intellivision Repair Services – Service Discontinued
Trílex Fix is no longer accepting Mattel Intellivision consoles for repair.
We appreciate everyone who has trusted us with their vintage Mattel Intellivision systems over the years. Unfortunately, due to the age of these consoles, limited replacement parts, specialized testing requirements, and the increasing difficulty of providing reliable repairs, we have made the decision to discontinue our Intellivision repair service.
Please do not mail an Intellivision console to Trílex Fix for repair.
If you are looking for repair assistance, we recommend locating a technician or retro-gaming specialist who currently works specifically with Intellivision hardware.
Intellivision Repairs We No Longer Accept
Trílex Fix is currently unable to accept Intellivision systems for issues including:
- Console does not power on
- Black screen or no video
- Distorted or corrupted video
- No audio or distorted audio
- Controller or keypad problems
- Power supply problems
- RF output problems
- Capacitor replacement or recap services
- Logic board and component-level repairs
- Corrosion or damaged circuit boards
- Full Intellivision restoration projects
Why Was Intellivision Repair Discontinued?
The Mattel Intellivision is now more than four decades old. Diagnosing these systems can require specialized equipment, donor components, compatible cartridges, controllers, power supplies, and extensive testing.
Many original components are also becoming increasingly difficult to source.
Because Trílex Fix cannot consistently provide the level of testing and repair reliability that we expect from our services, we have decided to stop accepting Intellivision repairs rather than continue offering a service we cannot properly support.
Looking for Other Retro Console Repairs?
Although we no longer repair the Mattel Intellivision, Trílex Fix continues to provide repair services for many other retro and modern gaming systems.
Availability depends on the console, symptoms, replacement-part availability, and our current testing capabilities.
Before shipping an unusual or particularly rare retro console, please contact Trílex Fix so we can confirm that we currently service the system.

Unapproved Intellivision shipments may need to be returned to the sender, and the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
