Unit has a new aftermarket battery and charger. Has been completely tested and is in great working condition. Plays games with no issues. Screen has minimal scratches and looks great. Minimal scratches on body of handheld as seen in pictures. Hinges are still tight and holding up great. Will not come with any games those can be purchased separately.
