🔧 GPD XD Repair Update
After extensive testing, including installing your motherboard into a known-working GPD XD, the system continued to display only a gray screen. We also tested the mini HDMI output, but unfortunately there was no video signal.
At this point, the issue has been confirmed to be with the motherboard itself. Because the motherboard is unable to initialize properly, we were not able to recover your data.
