Deposit for Services

At Trílex Fix Repair Group LLC, we believe in transparency and fair pricing. For all services on devices that have been opened or previously worked on—whether by us or another repair provider—we require a mandatory upfront deposit of $50. This deposit helps cover the cost of labor, initial diagnostics, and ensures that your repair will be prioritized.

Why We Charge a Deposit:

• Fair Service Commitment: The deposit confirms your commitment to the repair process.
• Labor Coverage: It covers the labor involved in diagnosing and starting the repair.
• Device Handling: Ensures your device is handled with the utmost care and attention from the start.

How the Deposit Works:

• The deposit will be applied to the final cost of the repair.
• If you choose to proceed with the repair, the deposit is subtracted from the total invoice.
• If you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnostics, the deposit is non-refundable.

Please note: If your repair requires additional parts or special tools, we will inform you of any extra charges after an assessment.
