Referral Agreement Between Trilex Fix & Referrer
This agreement (“Agreement”) establishes a referral-based mail-in repair partnership between Trilex Fix and referrer.
The Referrer will refer customers to Trilex Fix for repair services and will earn commissions based on completed repairs.
1. Purpose
This agreement establishes a referral-based mail-in repair partnership between Trilex Fix and referrer. The Referrer will refer customers to Trilex Fix for repair services and will earn commissions based on completed repairs.
2. Referral Process
Referrer will refer customers who require repairs to Trilex Fix by providing the customer’s contact details to Trilex Fix.
The customer’s contact information required by Trilex Fix will include:
- First and Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Reason for Repair
- Acknowledgment that future correspondence will be done through Trilex Fix
- The last 5 digits of the customer’s phone number will serve as the ticket number for tracking purposes at: Trilex Fix Tracking
New Submissions: All new repair submissions must be completed using the Mail-In Repair Service form, or all of the required customer information should be written on or included inside the package. This ensures that Trilex Fix has all the necessary details to proceed with the repair and track the customer’s device effectively.
3. Commission Structure

Commission Rate:
- 15% on repairs where the total repair cost is at or exceeds $150
- 10% on repairs where the total repair cost is under $150 but at or exceeds $100
- 7% on repairs where the total repair cost is under $100
- 12% of the Diagnostic Fee if a repair results in a “No Fix” and the customer opts to have the device returned (shipping costs for return will be paid by the customer).

Payment Terms:
- Payments will be issued by check or by agreement on the 20th of every month for all commissions earned in the previous month.
- Checks will be mailed to Referrer’s provided address.
4. Shipping and Handling
- Shipping Costs: Trilex Fix will provide prepaid shipping labels for the shipment of devices to and from the Referrer or the customer.
- Packaging Instructions: Devices should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Packing Materials: Trilex Fix can supply packing materials (e.g., boxes, bubble wrap) and ship them directly to Referrer.
- Scheduled Deliveries: Trilex Fix can arrange scheduled deliveries via USPS if required.
- Mail-In Shipping Instructions: Referrer agrees to adhere to the following shipping instructions:
- Backup Data: Advise customers to back up their data, as Trilex Fix is not responsible for data loss.
- Remove Accessories: Ensure all accessories (e.g., cases, cables, SIM cards) are removed before shipping.
- Packaging: Securely package the device to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping Label: Use the prepaid shipping label provided by Trilex Fix.
- Customer Contact Information: Include the customer’s contact information inside the package as required by Trilex Fix.
- Mail-In Form: Complete the Mail-In Repair Service form to provide additional details for the repair.
- Drop-Off: Deliver the package to the appropriate shipping carrier location as specified on the shipping label.

5. Customer Information and Communication
- Customer Information: Referrer will collect the following information from customers who are referred for repair services:
- First and Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Ticket Number: The last 5 digits of the customer’s phone number will be used as their ticket number for tracking. Customers can check the status of their repair at: Trilex Fix Tracking.
- Future Correspondence: All future correspondence regarding the repair status or any questions will be handled directly by Trilex Fix. Payment for repair and shipment of the repaired device to the customer will also be handled by Trilex Fix.
6. Turnaround Time for Repairs
- Straightforward Repairs: For repairs such as connectors, backlight jobs, screen replacements, and similar issues, the typical turnaround time is 3-5 business days.
- Complex Repairs: Depending on the complexity of the repair and the current queue, complex repairs may take between 1-6 weeks.
- Data Recovery: Data recovery services generally take about 6 weeks. For rush data recovery, Trilex Fix will give the repair immediate attention, with updates typically provided within 2 weeks.
7. Non-Compete and Customer Treatment
- No Upselling: Trilex Fix agrees that for any customer referred by the Referrer, no products sold by the Referrer’s store will be upsold or promoted during the repair process. Trilex Fix acknowledges the importance of maintaining a non-competitive relationship and will avoid offering products that compete directly with those offered by the Referrer.
8. Term and Termination
- Term: This agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
- Post-Termination: Upon termination, Referrer will still be entitled to commissions for completed repairs for which they have referred customers prior to termination.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising under this agreement, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation or arbitration before proceeding to legal action.
10. Acknowledgment
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement and agree to abide by all the provisions set forth herein.
