  • Devices damaged after repair due to user error or accidents.
  • Devices with unauthorized modifications or tampering.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.
  • Perishable goods or hazardous materials, if applicable.

Please do not send your purchase or device back to the manufacturer, as this may delay the refund process.
