Repair Completion Agreement

Trílex Fix Repair Group LLC

By signing below, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Repair Completion

The device I submitted to Trílex Fix Repair Group LLC has been repaired to the best of the company’s ability based on the original issue described. I acknowledge that I have received the device back, or have opted to have it shipped back, in its current condition unless otherwise noted.

2. Terms and Conditions

I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. You can review the Terms and Conditions at any time here.

3. Payment and Possession

I understand that full payment must be made before I take possession of the repaired device. If full payment has not been made, I agree to do so prior to pickup or shipping.

4. Shipping Terms (if applicable)

If I have requested the device to be shipped back to me, I confirm that the shipping address provided is correct. I acknowledge that Trílex Fix is not responsible for loss or damage once the item is in the carrier’s possession. Shipping includes insurance and tracking unless I have declined these options.

I agree to pay all return shipping costs before the device is sent. Additional charges may apply if the item is returned undeliverable or refused. I understand that additional shipping insurance is available for a flat fee if I choose to add it.

5. Device Condition and Satisfaction

I have inspected the repaired device or agree that the work is complete based on photos, videos, or other communications provided by Trílex Fix. Any further issues unrelated to the original problem may require a separate evaluation and incur additional fees.

6. Warranty and Tampering

I acknowledge that any attempt to tamper with, open, or modify the device after receiving it will void any existing warranties provided by Trílex Fix Repair Group LLC.

7. Liability

I agree that Trílex Fix is not responsible for any further damages or loss related to the repaired device once it has been returned to me. If new issues arise unrelated to the original problem, a separate evaluation and additional charges may apply.

8. Payment Plans

Full payment is due before the device is returned. If I have an approved payment plan, I agree to make all payments on time until the balance is paid in full.

9. Final Agreement

By signing this agreement, I confirm I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above and authorize Trílex Fix Repair Group LLC to proceed with the repair services as completed.
