We are looking for dependable, skilled, and motivated technicians who enjoy diagnosing
problems and bringing broken technology back to life.
🔧 About the Position
Please tell us about your repair experience, technical skills, availability, and the
types of devices you are comfortable working on. Your answers will help us determine
the appropriate technician level, responsibilities, and compensation structure.
💰 Compensation Options
Trílex Fix offers two primary compensation structures: hourly pay and
project-based compensation. The appropriate structure and level will
be determined based on demonstrated skills, experience, reliability, and the type of
work performed.
⏱️ Hourly Technician Levels
- Level 1 — Apprentice / Basic: $16.90/hr
- Level 2 — Repair Technician: $19/hr
- Level 3 — Advanced Technician: $23/hr
- Level 4 — Board-Level Specialist: $27/hr
- Level 5 — Master Technician: $32/hr
🔧 Project-Based Technician Levels
Qualified technicians may be assigned approved repair projects and may receive a
percentage of the applicable labor portion of the project.
- Level 1 — Apprentice / Basic: 15%
- Level 2 — Repair Technician: 20%
- Level 3 — Advanced Technician: 25%
- Level 4 — Board-Level Specialist: 30%
- Level 5 — Master Technician: 35%
The compensation levels above represent potential compensation ranges available at
Trílex Fix. Technician levels and compensation are not automatically guaranteed by
skill claims on this application. Trílex Fix will determine the appropriate level
based on demonstrated technical ability, repair quality, reliability, experience,
and the complexity of work the technician is qualified to perform. Final compensation
will be documented in the applicable employment agreement.
🏠 Take-Home Projects
Qualified technicians may have the opportunity to complete certain Trílex Fix repair
projects away from the shop. Take-home projects are assigned at Trílex Fix's discretion.
Customer devices, company property, parts, and customer information must be handled
securely and returned according to Trílex Fix procedures.
Take-home project eligibility may depend on the technician's skill level, reliability,
repair history, and ability to work independently.
📋 Application & Evaluation
Please complete this application honestly and provide accurate information about your
technical experience. Qualified applicants may be contacted for an interview,
technical skills evaluation, and additional employment documentation before being
approved to work with Trílex Fix.
Advancement to higher technician levels may be based on demonstrated performance,
repair quality, diagnostic ability, reliability, and the ability to successfully
complete increasingly difficult repairs.
