Welcome to the Trilex Fix repair tracking system. From the moment you drop off or mail in your device, we make it easy to track your repair status online. Our system keeps you informed through every step of the process, so you never feel left in the dark.

  • Mail-in repairs: Use the last 5 digits of your phone number.
  • In-person repairs: Use the last 4 digits of your phone number.

After logging in, you’ll see updates like check-in confirmation, diagnosis results, part installation, and final testing. As your repair progresses, you’ll stay updated in real time. This helps reduce uncertainty and builds trust in the process.
