📦 Mail-In Shipping Instructions: How to Ship Your Device to Trílex Fix
Thanks for choosing Trílex Fix! Here are your mail-in shipping instructions to ensure your device arrives safely and ready for service.
1️⃣ Submit Your Mail-In Shipping Instructions Request Form
Before shipping, please submit a Mail-In Repair Request Form so we know your device is coming.
We can also help by emailing you a shipping label upon your request—the cost will be added to your final bill.
✅ Quick Tip: Don’t have a printer? Create an account and select
Click-N-Ship and follow the steps to the end and select print your label at the post office. A QR code will be emailed to you.
2️⃣ Choose the Right Box for Mail-In Shipping
We recommend using a USPS Flat-Rate Box for most devices.
They’re sturdy, affordable, and available in multiple sizes at any post office.
3️⃣ Pack It Like a Pro for Safe Mail-In Shipping
Wrap your device in at least 2–3 layers of bubble wrap for protection on all sides.
Fill any empty spaces in the box with packing paper or more bubble wrap so nothing moves around.
If your device has a screen, place a thin layer of foam or soft cloth between the screen and bubble wrap to prevent scratches.
4️⃣ What NOT to Include in Your Mail-In Shipment
For most repairs, do not send:
Cables, chargers, or power adapters (unless the problem involves them).
Discs, game cartridges, SD cards, or other media.
Extra accessories like controllers, cases, or straps.
Only include the main device and any part that is directly related to the issue.
5️⃣ Label It & Ship It Using Our Mail-In Shipping Instructions
If you’re using our shipping label, just attach it and drop off the package.
If shipping on your own, address your package to:
Trílex Fix
P.O. Box 22
Oxnard, CA 93032
(For non-USPS carriers, contact us for our street address.)
✅ Pro Tip: The better your packing, the safer your device. Think “drop test” — if you’d feel okay dropping the box from waist height, it’s probably packed well.
