Follow These Mail-In Shipping Instructions for a Smooth Repair
If you need an estimate, please contact us, or book an appointment if you’re local. The steps below explain exactly how to prepare your device and ensure a smooth repair process from start to finish.
“Oh Boy, Here I Go Fixing Again!!!”
To track your repair at any time, use our repair tracking system.
Step 1: Purchase a Shipping Parcel
Choose a Flat-Rate Box (Recommended)
For fast, safe, and affordable shipping, choose a USPS Flat-Rate Box. These boxes protect most devices well and keep shipping simple. International customers should select a reliable option that works best for their location.
Step 2: Pack Your Device Securely
Place Your Device Inside the Box
Send only the device unless the issue requires accessories. For example, please do NOT include disks, memory cards, cables, headstraps, or controllers when shipping MacBooks or gaming consoles less than 10 years old.
However, if you’re sending a PC laptop, gaming desktop, or retro console over 10 years old, please contact us first so we can confirm what we need.
Step 3: Add Rush Repair Option (Optional)
Prioritize Your Repair
To speed up your repair, clearly mark “Rush” on the outside of your package. This helps us place your device in a priority queue.
Step 4: Address Your Package Correctly
Mailing Address (USPS ONLY):

Mailing Address (UPS, FedEx, DHL):

⚠️ DO NOT SHIP TO THE STOREFRONT — MAIL WILL NOT ARRIVE THERE ⚠️
300 Montgomery Ave
Oxnard, CA 93036-0461
⚠️ Items You Should NOT Include
- Headstraps, VR Controllers & Extra Game Controllers: Only send these if your issue involves input, drift, or tracking.
- Game Media: Cartridges, discs, and SD cards are rarely needed unless the problem directly involves the media or the console is 10+ years old.
- Non-OEM Accessories: We do not repair or use off-brand parts, and we must approve all mod parts before you ship them.
- Storage Devices & Cables: Please keep power cords, chargers, HDMI cables, and external drives at home. We use our own testing equipment.
- Loose Lithium Batteries: Only send them if your issue requires battery diagnostics and we ask for them.
- Cases and Skins: Decorative skins may peel during repair. Please remove them if possible.
Please keep unnecessary accessories at home. Extra items slow down intake and may be discarded, returned at your expense, or set aside unused.
Step 5: Submit Your Repair Request Form
Important: Submit your Mail-In Request Form before you ship anything. We cannot begin your repair without it.
Include your login details when needed for testing.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, your ticket number equals the last 5 digits of your phone number. Please write this number both inside the box and on the outside of your package so we can identify your device quickly.
Packing Tips & What To Do If You Want To Print A Free Label
Preparing Your Package:
Use a sturdy box with plenty of padding. The device should not shift when you move the box. Remove all unnecessary accessories unless we specifically request them.
