UPS Mobile Barcode: How to Purchase & Print a Shipping Label Without a Printer

Shipping your device to Trílex Fix with UPS is easy even if you do not have a printer.
You can create and pay for your UPS shipment online or through the UPS app. If you use the UPS mobile shipping process, your shipping confirmation can include a mobile barcode that can be shown at The UPS Store so they can print your shipping label for you.

This gives you a convenient way to create a tracked shipment without needing to own a printer at home.

Step 1 — Visit UPS or Download the UPS App

First, visit
UPS.com
or download the official UPS mobile app.

You can sign in to an existing UPS account, create an account, or use available guest-shipping options.
Creating an account can make it easier to save addresses, view previous shipments, and track packages.

Step 2 — Enter the Trílex Fix UPS Shipping Address

Next, enter the following address as the destination for your UPS shipment:

IMPORTANT: Do NOT send UPS packages to our P.O. Box. The P.O. Box is for USPS shipments only.

Also, do NOT ship your device to our shop at 300 Montgomery Ave. That location is for in-person repair appointments and is not our UPS shipping address.

Step 3 — Enter Your Package Information

Enter the requested information about your package, including the package weight and dimensions.
Make sure the measurements are as accurate as possible because UPS shipping prices are based partly on the size and weight of the package.

For most electronics repairs, UPS Ground is usually a practical shipping option.
Faster UPS services may also be selected if you need the package delivered sooner.

Step 4 — Purchase Your UPS Shipping Label

Review the shipping information, select the UPS service you want, and complete payment for your shipment.
After the shipment is created, UPS will provide your shipping confirmation and tracking information.

If you are using the UPS mobile app, your completed shipment can include a
mobile barcode that can be used to print your shipping label at The UPS Store.

Step 5 — Take the Mobile Barcode to The UPS Store

If you do not have a printer, bring your packaged device and your phone to
The UPS Store.

Show the UPS mobile barcode from your shipping confirmation to the employee.
They can scan the barcode and print the shipping label for you —
no home printer needed.

Some participating UPS Access Point locations also support Mobile Barcode label printing,
but services can vary by location. For the simplest option, we recommend using
The UPS Store.

Step 6 — Drop Off Your Package & Keep Your Tracking Number

Once the label has been printed and attached to the package, give the package to the UPS employee for shipment.

Always keep your UPS tracking number and shipping receipt.
You can use the tracking number to follow your package until it reaches Trílex Fix.

Packing Tips & Notes

• Use a sturdy shipping box with enough padding to prevent the device from moving inside.
• Do not ship electronics in a thin envelope or unprotected mailer.
• Include your name, phone number, repair ticket information if available, and a description of the problem inside the box.
• If your device is soft-modded, modified, or has a custom configuration, include a note explaining anything we should know before testing it.
• Do not include unnecessary accessories such as chargers, cables, cases, controllers, memory cards, or other items unless they are directly related to the problem or Trílex Fix specifically requested them.
• For high-value devices, consider adding appropriate shipping insurance and signature confirmation.
