I appreciate your commitment to getting it back to me in a timely matter. It was received today. I’m not sure what was fixed because it’s still doing the same thing. It does show that it’s charging which it was doing before, but the battery never charges. I’m not sure what was fixed or done, but nothing has been resolved. Also, the charger that I sent with it was not returned. What is my next step towards getting the unit fixed correctly??
